error msg while trying to "accept" PWA time

I am receiving the following error msg when I try to ACCEPT or REJECT PWA
time from my resources:

---------------------------
VBScript: Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003
---------------------------
You need Microsoft Project Professional 2002 or Microsoft Office Project
Professional 2003 in order to perform this action.

If you are using either of these versions, verify that a correct account for
this Project Server has been set up and selected by pointing to Enterprise
Options (Tools menu) and then clicking Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts. If you are unable to start Project with the correct account,
contact your server administrator to make sure that the enterprise features
have been enabled on the Project Server.

I have not had this problem before & I've been keeping PWA time for about 6
months. The first time that I had received this msg, I had actually already
been able to approve timesheets earlier in the day. A few hours later, I
started getting this msg. I don't know what to do...any help would be
GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thanks in advance!

PWA is not finding a Project Professional instalation to continue the process.

Try restoring Project Professional installation and PWA components.

Yes, you have to re-install project 2003 ?

If the problem persists, then you have to remove PWA components:
Path: "c:\windows\Downloaded Program Files"
remove "Pj11enuC Class" and "PjAdoInfo3 Class"

To re-install the PWA components, access the PWA page (it will start the
installation processs).

Remember, you must have administrative rights in windows to remove and
re-install PWA and Project Professional 2003.

The hole process described will restore the components and Project
Professional installation and sync. If you have plugins, addins or other
components associated to Project Professional 2003, you have to re-install
them.

Ask the person who installed Project Professional 2003 for more information.

Hope this helps.
