Will installing Access 2002 or later version remove the Error Network
Connection Lost bug from 2000?

Depends on what cause the error in the first place ...

If the network does have problems then installing Access 2002 won't help.

If you refferred to the specific Access 2000 bug, see the Microsoft
Knowledge Base article:

If this bug occurred on your PC, Access 2002 doesn't have this problem so
upgrade to A2002 will help.
