Get this error as a user when trying to insert clipart into a word doc,
office 2003 is installed locally on each pc. Start of term next week and this
is going to be a nightmare

You might try posting this in a more topic-specific group, where someone who
specializes in these kinds of problems has a better chance of seeing the
question. I suggest a single cross-post to word.drawing.graphics and
office.setup newsgroups.
