ERROR: "Object reference is not set to an instance of an object"

Hi,

I keep getting the above error with my Outlook Business Contact Manager.

I've tried uninstalling and then installing BCM again from my orginal discs.

I've also tried the above after installing the BCM patch update and the
error still occurs.

Please can you help/advise.

Uninstall it from Control Panel Add/Remove.

The BCM patch that you mentioned was it the hotfix or something else ?
