Error occured during republishing assignments

Hi, there. When I republished assignment each time, I
always received an error message in Microsoft Project
Server Spooler as follows: Messge type: Publish New and
Changed Assignments. Error: The manager can not create
the resource account (0*8C040017) or: SYSTEM ERROR
(0*800004005). Does anyone know what caused it and how to
get rid of it? Thanks a lot. Scott

If you exit from Project as user and login again as Admin then opening
the resource pool from Options will and do as the Howard indicated the
message 0x8C040017 will go away after you publish again.
This worked for me.
