I am getting an error stating that the the
rule "Helpdesk" error "this action is not available in
the current mode". i Am trying to get the server to
proccess this reply so that the e-mail never has to be
accessed. I have other users who are have the same
problem. but there are other users who can do this rule.
any help would be great.
