Error on Form Submit

I created a Form in FP'02 (without the Wizard). When I
try to "submit" both in preview on my PC and online after
publishing, I get an error message that says FP server
extensions not installed or an acceptable Send To file
name address.

Post a URL for the form
- the send to file must exist and be in your _private folder

S.R., can you say more about how to do this? Are you
referring to a choice under the "Form Properties Dialog
Box (Options-Advanced), or Saving Results Dailog Box, or
other?

Yes the Form Properties Options is where you select the results file and location
