Error on new entry

I have a form created by another user that was working fine. Now when we
click insert new row on the form we get an error. The error states that "you
may be on the last record" Any ideas??

Sounds like your form doesn't allow new records. Check the properties of the
form and see if the "Allow additions" option is set to yes if this says no
set it to yes
