Error on opened message in OUTLOOK 2007

A number of times OUTLOOK 2007 has crashed when a message is either opened or
is being opened. When re-opening the same message it will crash again and
again etc.
It has happened on 3 or 4 different messages. The event viewer shows the
following message regarding the error:

Bucket 1364214054, bucket table 1, faulting application outlook.exe, version
12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f47e, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version
8.0.50727.3053, stamp 4889d619, debug? 0, fault address 0x00007c45.

Can anybody advise on what might be causing this? Thanks.

It didn't solve the problem, Ben, although it did find an error!
However, a DIAGNOSTICS window subsequently opened which also found an error,
but didn't solve it either. But the Diagnostics led me to add-ins and it
seems to be caused by my CA anti-spam add-in. It doesn't crash when I disable
it. So I shall have to chase CA now.
