Error on printing word document

Someone downloading a Word document from our website reports the
following error when they try and print the document:

The user has Windows 98 and Office 97 installed, and the document was
produced in Office 2000, but made available in both Word97 and Word
2000 formats. The user has tried both versions, but gets the same
error...

Any advice that I might be able to pass on??
