Error open link to PowerPoint file

hi,

I have a web site where I link to a PowerPoint presentation. When I click on
the link I get a "Cannot find server or DNS error" . I got this error when I
use PowerPoint 2002 to open the web link. However, it works fine on
PowerPoint 2000.
Does anybody has a solution to this problem?

Can you post a url to the page where this link appears?

I got this error when I
use PowerPoint 2002 to open the web link. However, it works fine on
PowerPoint 2000.

Since you can't easily control which version opens a web link, can we assume
that PPT2002 and 2000 are on different computers?
