I'm running Office 2007 Enterprise. I get the following error...

(Could not install the custom actions. The object could not be found.)
....when i open ANY item in Outlook - mail, contacts, calendar items, or
tasks. The only two places I DON'T get the error is opening notes and,
strangely enough, when I open a contact in a folder that's using a custom
form.
I know about Custom Actions in the "Rules" for email messages. But those
should be used when messages are coming in... not when I open an existing
message. And it shouldn't affect contacts, calendar, and tasks.
Please Help!!! Where should I look to find and fix this error?
