ERROR OPENING DATABASE...

I have a user trying to open a DB that i can open no
problem ...

here is the error..

The table 'MSAccessObjects' is already open exclusivly by
anotther user, or it is already open through the user
interface and can not be opened programmitically..

so the user is in it after having some one else close
it... than the other person was able to open it and they
are both working in it ... this is a shared DB so anyone
can get into it .. i was able to open it and the user was
not..

any ideas ?

Are you modifying anything in the database, or even viewing form, table or
report design? That will stop anyone else from opening it. Also, if they
open it then you open it, any changes you make to reports, forms, etc cannot
be saved unless they close it. It wasn't like this in older versions, so
this is progress (right?)
