Error opening enterprise resource pool

Shane

We have a very strange error coming up. We have over 60 projects in our
server, many of which are resource loaded from the enterprise resource pool.
There are two who, when you open them up, get this error:
"There was an error opening the enterprise resource pool. You may not have
sufficient permission to access the selected resource(s). Would you like to
retry?" Since I'm the Sys Admin, I have all permissions. There are no local
resources in the schedules and it's only these two schedules that get this
error. I'm certain that these two schedules where built from a previous
schedule using copy and paste steps.
Any suggestions?

Shane:

It sounds like plan corruption. If these plans were created by copy and
paste at the row level, it would certainly explain the corruption. Your best
bet is to delete these from the server and recreate them anew, without
copying and pasting more than just the plain text portions of the plan, such
as the task names and durations. Stress to your users that they should never
copy entire rows of plans, and that they should never clone plans that been
on Project Server. Provide them with templates instead.

Kathy:

It depends on what you want to retain for historical purposes. By renaming
or saving and importing you're taking the 06 history into the 07 plan. Is
that what you want?
