Error opening Outlook

Outlook 2003

I get the following error message:

Cannot start Microsft Outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Please advise.

I replied to your post in microsoft.public.outlook. 45 minutes BEFORE you
posted this.

The answer to your question is NO

I was using Outlook 2003 last evening and it was working fine
When I went on it this morning, I got the error message

So what type of email account? (Sounds to me like it's not POP mail and the
connection to your mail server is down, as in the error message....)
