Error Opening Project

PLEASE HELP

When I try to open a project on the project server, I am getting the
following message:
"The selected project(s) could not be opened in Project."

This only happens to 1 project. All other projects work fine. This only
started happening recently. There has been no changes to permissions.

I have run into this before when opening projects with PWA that I've renamed
with the PSCLEANER tool, etc. Have you tried opening it from the actual
application itself saving it again then re=opening in PWA?
