When I try to open a vsd file with Visio 2002 SP-2 I get the following error:

You might ask the person who supplied you with the drawing to save it as
v2002 so that you can open it.

I also have this problem, Iuse 2002 sp2 at work and 2003 sp2 athome. When i
save as 2002 and send to work i can still not open file, any ideas?

some file drawings call addins (org chart, uml, database design, etc.) which
are applications that often change between the different visio versions.
These may or may not be transportable between the visio versions even though
the basic drawing objects can be saved.

I am doing the TQM diagrams? is this what you mean.
If there is another way of drawing the boxes and diamonds with connectors
then let me know as i really need to be able to draw them here(home) and then
transfer them to work
