Hello, I can't paste a particular column of data from Excel into a table in
Access. The column contains several fields that have multiple quote marks
(e.g. "af" as in "bafta"). This is the only thing that is different about
these records to many other that I have pasted in successfully.
The receiving field is a simple text field.
When I paste the colum of 50 records it says "You're about to paste 25
records etc" (I'm expecting 50) and then when I ok that it says "the data on
the clipboard is damaged so Microsoft Office Access can't paste it" yet I can
paste it to notepad no problem. Any ideas what might be the problem?
