error please help

i sent some items to the trash bin. i think i messed up my
office 2000 i get an error : msiexec.exe & msi.dll.222
i cannot open any micro soft folders.
even of any i have saved

Open the recycle bin, select the file you deleted in error, right-click and
choose RESTORE.
