Error POP3 in Outlook 2003

Hello all and sorry for my english.
I have a problem with Outlook 2003.

Situation:
- server Win2003 server STD + Exchange 2004
- server Win2003 server STD + ISA 2004
- PC WinXP PRO SP2 + Outlook 2003
All software are italian version.

I can send all messages, but I can't receive anything.

I have this error:
(0x80042108): "It's impossible to connect to the POP3 server. You have to
contact your ISP" (more or less this is the translation).

I have no problem with Outlook 2000.

Have you got any ideas?
