Error popup in word

Hi!
Can any one help?
On opening word documents via start/documents/name of file
I get a microsaoft visual Basic error poup which reads:
"Method 'Controls' of object 'CommandBarPopup' failed"
I suspect this may have an easy solution, but if anyone
can help I should be very grateful!
