Error printing from Word 2002

Application: Word 2002
Op sys: win 98
Printer: HP Business Inkjet 2230

Issue:

Client tries to zoom 2 pages to single A4 when printing.

Error Message:

Insufficient Memory or Disk Space. Word cannot display
requested font.

Anyone any ideas.
