This program runs fine in my company but when i try to run at home it
gives that error:

Could you perhaps give us a little information about "the program"? Is
it in Microsoft Access (don't laugh, we get lots of people misled by
Microsoft's confusing webpage)? Just how large is it (how many lines)?
What version of Access do you have at work, and what version at home?
