Error regarding printers in word when copying and pasting.

A user is trying to copy and paste an text box in word.
When checking the user has copied the text box and pasted
it leaving the text box highlighted, so you get the box
within a box senario, which is fine.

Only problem is that an error message appears informing 'A
document was sent to the printer before windows completed
the printer driver installation for \\location\printer.
Close your application and try reprinting the document. If
you continue to receive this message, reboot your computer
to complete the installation of the driver'.

I have re-installed drivers on the workstation and
rebooted the workstation but still the error message
appears.

CAN ANYONE HELP!?!
