Error report keeps appearing

hi all,

I have created 10 tables which are connected to a main table. I was able to
make forms for each of these 10 tables but when i try to create a form for
the main table or even edit the main table an error message keeps appearing
to say Microsoft office has encountered a problem and needs to close. where
could I check to see what the problem is or how do I fix it.

Help would be appreciated

What version of Access and what Service Pack level?
What versoin of Windows?
What do you mean by "connected to"
