Error Report when exiting Outlook 2002

I have Outlook 2002 installed as part of Office XP on my PC running WinME.
When I exit Outlook, I get the Microsoft Error Reporting Dialog Box telling
me there was a problem and do I want to report it. I have tried to repair
Outlook but no luck.Seems to be working well otherwise.Can anyone tell me
how to fix this?
