Error Reporting Not Reporting Back

My system has become pretty unstable and everytime I recover from a crash I
hope that Vista's Error Reporting Service will report back giving me some
clue as to what's going on. But I only hear back from it perhaps 1 in 25
times... and that includes all the times the MSN Browser stops responding on
shutdown... which is everytime I've used it the past two years with my Vista
PC. Yes it's current.

All permissions seem fine with the firewall... and I've even tried sending
reports with the firewall disabled... still no luck.

Any ideas? Thanks

Are you saying Office is causing / giving problems or simply that your PC is
unstable, if that is the case post to a vista group
