When ever an office product such as Word locks up or
there is an error, A message always pops up asking to
send the incident to Microsoft. Well every time it does
it never completes and just hangs. I'm on line, it stops
when the connecting to server check mark comes up.
Microsoft will not listen to me, they say it's an OEM
problem since it came with my computer but it's really a
Microsoft issue.
If they want these reports to help the product
development and repair they must work, and answer
questions about why they do not.
I need help in stopping these error messages. since
Microsoft doesn't care.
