Error saving document

When i try to save word document in server this error show up : Error,
document my be open. but i've check no body elese open this document. Can any
body please help me how to fix this?

Please give us the EXACT error message please and the version of Word.
Does it only happen with one document or any document?
Do any other users have the same problem?
