Error Searching Shapes.

I have Visio 2007
And I get

1. Visio Web Shapes - Unable to validate access to content. Contact your
system administrator.

On anther machine I get web service is unavaiable. Other users of Visio
2007 in the office do not have this problem.

Any ideas?
