Error sending attachment

I am getting the following message when trying to send an
Attachment using MS Outlook2000.

The Operation Failed due to Network or other Communication
problems. Check your connections and try again.

I am using MS Access to send emails, the function works on
other Outlook2000 machines, but not on this computer.

Any Ideas?
