Error sending mail from Outlook to Gmail

I need your help, friends.

I just configured my outlook 2003 (on my new computer) to connect with my
gmail.
At the end of the configuration, I ran the test, and it passed for both
receive and send - ticking all 5 parts of the test.
BUT... when I try to send an email from outlook, it doesn't work, and I get
error 0x80070057 Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.
I also get an error synchronizing inbox headers.

Help !

Hi Debi. My guess is that you are sending to someone from your
contacts that originally had an exchange account? If so, see the

I don't know what I did, but it has sorted itself out. Thanks for the reply,
