Error sound with delete email

Everytime I delete an email, I get an error sound (at least I think
it's that, or maybe it's the delete sound--whatever) and I want to
turn it off. Went through all the options in Outlook. Went through
all the sounds in Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices with no luck.
Anyone know how to turn it off?

I'm running Win XP Pro and Office XP Pro.
