Error "The File Resolution is not available"

Hi
I have one office 2003 machine and one Office XP with Sp3
on it, I saved my files from Office 2003, and i can able
to open the same from Office 2003, when i tried to open
from the Machine where I have installed Office XP it gives
the following Error.
"The file Resolution is not available"
Is there any fix, I tried to save as Copatiable for Office
97-2003 in the save as Format, but not luck.
Is there any one who can help me out.

Just reinstall the Office Xp that will do, nothing
required, there is no risk in reinstalling Office XP, but
ensure Outlook is not reinstalled.
Apart from that all are fine.
