Error: the form required to view this message cannot be displayed

I am using Office 2007 Pro

When ever I click for New Appointment or New Meeting Request, I get an error
"the form required to view this message cannot be displayed".

I have tried clearing the Cache, this doesnot help.
I tried rename/delete the file "Frmcache.dat", this also doesnot help.

Can someone help me in this matter.

Outlook 2007 Unable to open form

I tried every post I could find. Cleared the cache / regkeys etc. This “fix” has worked for me and has stayed fixed.
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS
Renamed frmcache.dat to OLD_frmcache.dat
Had user log into another machine of the same OS, verified his outlook worked. Had them log off. I copied the “good” frmcache.dat to the non working machine. Started outlook and it worked. I have done this for several people and each one has been successful.
