The error msg "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect
on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." comes up EVERY
time you click on a link in an email. Just started happening. Using office
2003 pro ... there is an article with hot fix (Article# 325478) that address
this EXACT problem in Office XP not 2003.. Tech Support will not send it to
me. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS STRANGE PROBLEM??
