Error trying to install Office

Hello.

I am trying to install Office 2000 on a new Win XP Home SP2 PC.

I have received an error message though just a couple of minutes into
the install when it is getting ready to install everything.

The message is as follows: "Error 1305: Error reading from file:
D:pFiles\Common\System\Mapi\1033\EXCHNG.HLP. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it."

Do you have any ideas on this error?

At first I thought it may be because the 60 day free trial of Office
2003 was already installed. So I removed the Office 03 trial. I
still receive this same error though.

I have heard about this with non lisenced versions, or when the key is
not recognized as valid. XP SP2 tries to verify MS Office during the
installation. You'd be best to contact MS for assistance.
