Error trying to set up E-mail form

I'm creating a new web site on my local disk that has not yet been published
to my ISP. I have a contact page with a form that needs to be sent as an
e-mail. When I try to set up the e-mail informaiton in Form Properties, I get
the following message:

"This form cannot be configured to send results via e-mail. The web site may
be located on a disk based location or on a server that has not been
configured to send e-mail."

I have set up my ISP to accept Server Extensions. What do I need to do to
set this up?

The "Disk based web" message is simply a reminder that the form needs to be
published to a server with the extensions installed. Click no and go about
your business. If the extensions are in place, then the form should work.

Thanks for the reply.

I've been clicking No at the message, but it keeps blanking out my Email
Results settings. It leaves the E-mail address on Form Properties, but when I
go in to Options and set something in the "E-mail address to receive results"
and "E-mail message header" fields, they get removed once I click No at the
message.

This is a new website and I haven't published any of it yet. I was just
waiting to get the e-mail form stuff finished. Would it help if I went ahead
and published it as is?

Thanks again for your help.
