I am seeing this in the browser.

I am using themes. I tried removing the bottom border, and re-inserting it,
but that did not solve the problem. Any ideas, anyone??

A footer file is not a shared border
It is an option you or your host can turn on in IIS
- Where do you see the error ?
On your local pc (open IIS admin), or on a remote server based web in FP (contact your host)

However the FP extensions are normally configured on a per site basis.

The web server settings are NOT exactly the same - if they were, then both
URLs would end up at the same web-site!
The physical path to the web-site folder (one of the server settings) is
different - and this means that the path to the footer file *may* be
different, and incorrectly set up on the server.
