Error Unexpected

Hi

I need some help here.

I have two resources that when they access PWA 2007 to assign their
hours from their real work, at MY TASKS, occurs an unexpected error
that says that the web parts page is on maitanence.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Regards.

mpaulo:

This indicates assignments are corrupt on one or more projects. If you can
figure out which project is causing the problems, you can save as XML,
delete from the server and bring import the project back to the server. This
will fix the problem.

Is this the only solution? Still talking about that only two resources
have this problem.

Were they ever able to access the page, or did this start happening after
they've been using the system for a while?

All indicators point to assignment corruption. What project or projects do
these two people have in common? I would follow my instructions in an
earlier post to remove each project and bring it back to the server.

They have in commom only one project - that were already removed and
brought back to the server. And the error persist.

I´ve saved in this two forms.
I really don´t know what´s happyning.
Couldn´t be a problem with the specific resources?
Some king of seeting...

This is the most common cause for the error, but I suppose that other things
could be interfering with the webpart, but I don't have any other specifics.
Have you tried asking these two users to logon to another machine to see if
it works for them? At least this way you'll know whether to look at the user
or their workstation.

Yep. I did that.
The resources logged on on another machine and the problem is still
there. Another test I´ve made is that I logged on the machine´s
resource and I´able to see my tasks at their machine. But they cant
see theirs tasks from any machine.
Thats why I sugest that probably the issue may be the resource´s
configuration.
I also took a look at their configuration and configurations from
another resources that don´t have this problem, and all seems to be
the same configuration between all of them.

I think it's safe to conclude that the problem is in the database. There is
bad data somewhere. I'm sorry but I can't tell you where to go from here
other than to consider opening a case with Microsoft support.

I am experiencing this issue at my client as well. In my case its four
resources that are all part of a 'team resource'. Was that the case for you?
Did you get this resolved and how?
