Error Viewing Explorer View for Shared Documents Library

I am getting the error "Explorer View requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or
greater and Web Folders" when trying to use the "Explorer View" when viewing
Shared Documents Libraries. I am Administrator and do have Explorer 5.5 on a
Windows 2000 PC. Any Ideas ?
