Error when accessing .pst file

When trying to access my archive folder, I get an error message stating "The
file [path\:] could not be accessed". I am working in a Citrix environment
and trying to archive emails to a separate hard drive. I have closed my other
Outlook Application to make sure there were no conflicts. Any ideas?

The most simple thing you could do in such a case is to do a search for
"*.pst" and add it to your outlook folder again. Afterwards you will be able
to move the messages in it as desired. If you want to move the whole Archive
Folder, then make sure that Outlook is NOT running. In some cases it might
also be necessary to restart the computer (or Citrix if the file resides
within Citrix), because Outlook sometimes remains partially in the memory.

Also note, that most of the times you do not have access from within Citrix
to the resources on your local computer. So if you want to transfer files
from within Citrix to your local machine, then you'll have to find a common
network resource that both Citrix and your local computer share.
Alternatively you could try to move the files between the two environments
via Netmeeting (you can find it under Communications Tools).
