Error when accessing the PWA tasks page

Hi

when one of our team members try to access his tasks page in the PWA (for the 1st time), he got an error
All other pages were successfully accessed
I remove and then reinstall the active x controllers but I get the same results
When I try to log on to the PWA as Administrator, I got the same results
I updated the MDAC version to 2.8 but the problem still exist

What else can we do
