Error when adding a new user

I have just installed Project Server 2007 and I am trying to add users to the
site. Whenever I click save I get an unknown error. I check the event log
on the server and get:

EventType ulsexception12, P1 w3wp.exe, P2 6.0.3790.3959, P3 45d6968e, P4
system.web, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 45063b0f, P7 7090, P8 312, P9
configurationerrorsexception, P10 0000.

I check the logs specifically for sharepoint and I get these exceptions:

I have done all kinds of searching and I haven't gotten anywhere. I have
tried the method of uninstalling and reinstalling that has brought success to
many other users and that has failed for me as well. I am out of ideas,
please someone help.

Could you get the answer to solve the trouble, I got the same problem, and I think, it's because 64 bit project Server
