I have a user running Outlook 2002 SP3 who started receiving the following
message one day last week.
Can't create file: Customer Advice letter.pdf. Right-click the folder you
want to creat the folder in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu
to check your permission for the folder.
What's really strange about his message is that in only appears for some
..pdf files not all. Other attachments (.doc, xls, etc...) have not caused
this problem. The only information the user recalls being odd was he
received a message window stating something about a Outlook report being
generated, which he cancelled. Since then he's had this problem.
Any information you may have is greatly appreciated. This one has my head
aching.
