Error when closing microsoft word

Can anyone help me please?

Every time I try to close MS Word this error occurs:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2717 ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.2720 Offset: 001d1745

Is there any way I can fix this?
