Error when closing outlook 2000 Pro SP3- omint.dll

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6604 ModName: omint.dll
ModVer: 5.5.3186.0 Offset: 0006f33d

I get this error everytime that Outlook is closed. Annoying but not service
affecting from what I can tell.

I have done all of the updates and even uninstalled and reinstalled Office.

Any ideas? The omint.dll file is only 563 kb.
