I am using Outlook 2002 with SP3 on a laptop running
XP Home.
When I close Outlook a white box appears where
the 'folder list' had been. No desktop colour or icons
are visiible in the box but the rest of the desktop is
fine. Right clicking the desktop and 'refresh' clears
the box and returns the desktop to the correct display.
No other program produces this problem.
Can anyone suggest how to correct this problem?
