Error when Converting to XSLT Data View

Hi, I am opening an existing Sharepoint page in Frontpage and when right
clicking on a webpart to "Convert to XSLT Data View" I get the following
error:
"The server could not complete your Request...make sure that the server has
the FrontPage Server Extensions or SharePoint Services installed".

FSE is definatelly installed. Does something need to be further configured??
