Error when downloading template

When I try to download a template, I get an error window: Template....could
not be instantiated. The table could not be rad from the template file. The
object may be in an unrecognized format or contain invalid data.
I just installed Office Access 2007 today! Thanks for any help...

Clear your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete, delete files.


Put Office in your trusted area.

In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, high-light Trusted
Sites, click Sites button.
Clear *Require sever verification (https for all sites in this area.* Type
http://office.microsoft.com in the address bar. Click add.

Thanks Mary. I followed your instructions but when I tried to download a
template in Office Access 2007. I received the same messages as stated
earlier. I uninstalled Access and reinstalled it but still having the same
problem.

What is the name of the template? If you can provide a link that would be
best way to determine which template you are referring to.
